When your agent needs you, it writes you a bullet

An agent that works for an hour will hit two or three things only you can do: a key you hold, a decision that is yours, a payment nobody else can authorise. In a chat window those stop the work until you come back. Here they land as tasks in your outline, with the ask first and the reason in the note.

Each line names the decision and what it costs you. The background sits in the note, for when you want it.

Keyboard first

Enter, Tab, Shift Tab at a desk; the same three sit in the bar under your thumb on a phone. Every press lands instantly, the server hears about it after.

Zoom into anything

Tap or click a circle and that bullet becomes the page, with its own URL. The path at the top brings you back.

Mirrors, not copies

The same bullet in two places. Edit either one and both change, because there is only one of them.

Live everywhere

A write on your phone is on your laptop in about a second: 713 ms to the wire, 979 ms to the screen, measured on production. Fold state follows you, so the next device opens where the last one left off.

Offline by default

Edits apply locally and drain through a durable queue. Lose the network, keep typing.

Connect Claude to your outline

An agent connects over MCP and remembers in a bullet of your outline, one you choose. Whatever it learns there survives the session, and you can read it, move it or share it on like any other bullet. Beyond that a connector you approve reads your whole outline, and you choose whether it may write in it too. Later, one press under Agents and API keys holds it to one bullet and what is under it. When it writes, its chip pulses in your top bar and the bullet appears on your screen a moment later.

What does Pando cost?
Nothing, for 1,000 bullets. Every feature is in the free plan, agents included, and no payment card is asked for. A Pro tier with unlimited bullets arrives when payments go live.
What happens when I reach the 1,000 bullet limit?
Nothing is deleted, and you are not stopped. Pando Pro is not for sale yet, so until it is, Pro is yours for three months, on us. The app says so when you get there.
Can I try Pando without signing up?
Yes. The demo runs entirely in your browser for 100 bullets. What you type there stays in the tab: nothing is sent to a server, and there is no account.
How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT?
Add https://pando.ink/mcp as an MCP connector, approve it, and choose read and write or read only. The connect page walks Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT or any MCP client through it, and it takes about two minutes.
Does an agent read my whole outline?
At first, yes: a connector you approve reads every bullet, and you choose read and write or read only. One press afterwards holds it to one bullet: open that bullet, open Agents and API keys in Settings, tap the agent's row under Your agents, and press Let it reach only “…”, the bullet you are in. It then reads and writes that bullet and everything under it, and remembers there, even if you approved read only. It reaches nothing else in your outline. A client that sends a Bearer header, such as Claude Code or Cursor, can instead use the key of an agent made under Agents and API keys with “Let it read and write this outline” unticked. That key reaches only the bullets you give the agent to remember in, when you create it or later on the agent's row there, and everything under them. A protected bullet refuses every change from every agent, and you can see every agent, move its memory, and take back every key under Agents and API keys.
What exactly can a connected agent do?
Twelve things, and they are listed with their schemas in the MCP tool reference: remember, recall, shared_with_me, tree, search, create, update, move, mirror, delete, changes and whoami.
Can I get my notes out again?
Yes, at any time and without asking anybody. Export as Markdown, OPML, a spreadsheet or formatted text, take a backup of the whole account, or delete the account and everything goes with it.
Who can see what I write?
You, the people you share a branch with, and the agents you connect. Pando is run by Pyfio UG in Germany; the privacy notice says what is stored and for how long, and the terms say the rest.
Can my agent reach my outline when my computer is off?
Yes. The server is hosted at pando.ink, so nothing on your machine has to be running. Workflowy's MCP server is only available in its desktop app and that app must stay open; Obsidian has no official server, and every community one we checked runs on a machine you keep switched on; Anytype's binds to 127.0.0.1 and Tana Outliner's to localhost:8262. Is my outline sent to an AI model?
Not by us. There is no call to any model API anywhere in Pando's code, so Pando has no AI sub-processor. The only model that sees your outline is the one you connected yourself, with a key you issued, listed in the app and revocable in one press.
What happens to my notes if Pando stops?
You export everything, at any time, without asking: Markdown, OPML, a spreadsheet, formatted text, or a backup of the whole account. None of it needs Pando to be readable. Who runs this, and how you get out says the rest.
