Your content calendar: Claude plans, you post

Claude and Pando, for a content calendar.

You plan two weeks of posts with Claude, and in the chat the plan is a paragraph that scrolls away. What you want is a calendar you work in: each post on its day with its draft, a box you tick once it is out, and nothing going out until you say so.

Yes, if the calendar lives in Pando: with Pando added to Claude as a custom connector, Claude writes each planned post as a to-do with its date under a bullet for its week and the draft in its note, and the dates show on Pando’s Calendar and Timeline. Claude proposes and you decide what goes out, and you post it yourself or with a scheduling tool, because Pando posts nothing.

Set it up

  1. Open claude.ai or the Claude desktop app, then Customize, then Connectors, then click + and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Give it the address https://pando.ink/mcp and approve it when Claude sends you back to Pando.

Claude Free allows one custom connector, so on Free, Pando takes that place. If the Add custom connector dialog has two steps, choose Sign in now; either choice under OAuth client works. Then switch Pando on in each chat that plans posts: the + button at the lower left, then Connectors.

Pando’s consent page offers Read and write your outline or Read your outline only, and either one starts Claude on your whole outline. Choose Read and write your outline; with read only, Claude can write in the calendar only once you hold it there as below. To give it the calendar and nothing else, make a bullet called Content calendar, open it, open Agents and API keys in Settings, tap Claude’s row under Your agents, and press Let it reach only “Content calendar”, the bullet you are in. Claude then reads and writes that bullet and everything under it and reaches nothing else.

What Claude writes

Plan my posts for the two weeks from 2026-10-05 into Pando,
under Content calendar. One bullet per week, named Week 41
and so on. Under it, each post as a to-do: the date as
YYYY-MM-DD, a middle dot, then the channel and the title.
The draft goes in the post’s note. Posts without a date go
under Ideas.

Ask for to-dos in so many words: the box belongs to each post, and the weeks stay plain bullets. Claude writes 2026-10-06 and the row shows Tue, 6 Oct 2026. Only that form is a date. A date in a note counts too, so a draft that mentions 2026-10-20 also puts its post on the 20th. A post is ticked or not; for more stages, ask for a tag such as #draft on the line.

Seeing the weeks by day

Open the side pane, on the phone with the Sidebar button on the bottom bar, and under Places choose Timeline: thirty days from today, each headed like Tue, 6 Oct 2026, with the posts whose line or note carries that date, even inside a folded week. Calendar opens on today, and under Found on this day it lists the posts dated that day, ticked ones included, each with its own box, so you tick it right there.

To reschedule a post, change the date in its line. Move to tomorrow and Move to next week rewrite the date too, but they, like a drop on a Timeline day, move the bullet out of Content calendar, under that day in Pando’s own Calendar, where a Claude held to Content calendar no longer reaches it.

Ask Claude what is still to go out, and tell it to search Pando for 2026-10-12..2026-10-18 is:incomplete, with no spaces around the two dots, or it finds nothing.

Claude proposes, you decide

Once a week is settled, protect it: in the week’s menu choose Protect it from changes, then How it is protected…, and under Refuses pick Agents only. Claude still reads that week and cannot change it, and you still can.
