A trip plan from Claude that you tick off on your phone

Claude and Pando, for a trip plan on the phone.

You ask Claude to plan a trip: four days in Lisbon, what to book, where to eat. The plan stays in that conversation, which is enough for reading it once. On the phone, though, you want a plan you work in: a booking you tick when it is made, a time you correct yourself, an address you find without scrolling back.

Connect Pando to Claude once, on claude.ai or in the desktop app, and ask Claude to write the plan into your outline: a bullet for each day, each booking as its own checkbox, addresses and times in the notes. On the phone you open the same outline at pando.ink/app, tick each booking as it is made, and correct any line yourself.

Set it up

  1. Open claude.ai or the Claude desktop app, then Customize, then Connectors, then click + and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Give it the address https://pando.ink/mcp and approve it when Claude sends you back to Pando.

Claude Free allows one custom connector, so on Free, Pando takes that place. When Pando asks, choose Read and write your outline, so Claude can write the plan where you tell it.

What Claude writes

Make a bullet called Trips first, then tell Claude to write under it, and in what shape. For example: Plan four days in Lisbon, 2026-10-02 to 2026-10-05, and write it into Pando under my bullet Trips. One bullet per day, every booking its own todo, addresses and times in the notes, dates as YYYY-MM-DD, and the hotel stay as 2026-10-02 .. 2026-10-05.

Trips
  Lisbon
    Fri, 2 Oct 2026 · arrive
[ ] Book the airport transfer
          note: pickup 14:10, terminal 1
      [ ] Hotel Fri, 2 Oct 2026 .. Mon, 5 Oct 2026
note: street address, check-in from 15:00
    Sat, 3 Oct 2026
      [ ] Tram 28 tickets
      Dinner
          note: the restaurant’s address

Ask for the todo on every booking. The checkbox belongs to the bullet that has it, and a todo bullet does not make the bullets under it checkboxes. Claude writes a date as 2026-10-02 and the screen shows it as Fri, 2 Oct 2026, so a line needs no weekday. Each day then sits on that day of Pando’s own Calendar, and the hotel, written as a range with two dots between its dates, shows on every day of the stay.

On the phone

Open pando.ink/app in the phone’s browser and sign in with Google, or have a link sent to your email. Added to the home screen, Pando opens without the browser bars. Tap a booking’s box when it is made, and fix a time or an address in place.

A tick made with no signal waits as Offline · 1 waiting and goes up when the connection is back, even if you close the tab first: it goes up the next time Pando opens with a connection. Pando needs a connection to open, though. If the tab reloads while you have no signal, which a phone can do after you switch apps, you get the browser’s no-internet page instead of the plan.

Anthropic calls installing connectors on the phone a beta, and names claude.ai, Cowork and Claude Desktop as where custom connectors work. Pando has not been tried from Claude’s phone app, so ask Claude for changes at the computer, and use the phone for the outline itself.

What Claude reaches

A connector you approve starts with your whole outline, whichever level you choose. To hold Claude to your trips, open Trips, open Agents and API keys in Settings, tap Claude’s row under Your agents (@claude, or @claude-2 and up if you connected Claude before), and press Let it reach only “Trips”, the bullet you are in. It then reads and writes Trips and everything under it, remembers there, and reaches nothing else.
