A meeting agenda Claude drafts from your notes
The team sync is on Wednesday, and everything its agenda needs is already in your notes: what moved on the project since the last sync, what is still open, what somebody said they would do. Putting it together means reading the whole project again, and that reading is the part Claude can do.
Yes, if the project lives in Pando: with Pando added to Claude as a custom connector, Claude reads the project’s branch and what changed in it since the last meeting, and writes the agenda as bullets under a bullet for the next meeting, each open item a to-do. You edit it, run the meeting from it and tick each item as it is settled, while the invitation stays with your calendar.
Set it up
- Open claude.ai or the Claude desktop app, then Customize, then Connectors, then click + and choose Add custom connector.
- Give it the address https://pando.ink/mcp and approve it when Claude sends you back to Pando.
Claude Free allows one custom connector, so on Free, Pando takes that one place. On Team and Enterprise, an Owner adds it first under Organization settings, then Connectors, and you press Connect on it under Customize, then Connectors. If the Add custom connector dialog has two steps, choose Sign in now; under OAuth client, the option marked recommended works, and so does Register automatically. When Pando asks, choose Read and write your outline. In each chat where Claude should use Pando, switch it on: the + button at the lower left, then Connectors.
Whichever level you choose, Claude starts with your whole outline. To hold it to the project, open the project’s bullet, open Agents and API keys in Settings, tap Claude’s row under Your agents, and press Let it reach only “Website relaunch”, the bullet you are in. It then reads and writes that bullet and everything under it, and reaches nothing else. The press goes on the project, not on a meeting, because Claude reads the whole project; what it remembers lands there too, beside Meetings. Everything else goes out of its reach, its old memory bullet included, so press it only if Claude uses Pando for this project alone, or press it on a bullet that holds all your projects.
What you ask
Prepare the agenda for Team sync 2026-09-30 in Pando. Find my bullet Website relaunch, read it with tree, and search it for changed:2026-09-16, the day of the last sync, leaving out what is under Meetings. Under Meetings, add Team sync 2026-09-30, and under it: - Since last time: one line per change that matters. - Open: each unsettled item as a to-do, context in the note. Move the unticked to-dos from Team sync 2026-09-16 into Open.

Claude writes the date as 2026-09-30, the line shows Wed, 30 Sep 2026, and the meeting sits on that day of Pando’s own Calendar. Only the item lines are to-dos. The checkbox belongs to the bullet that has it, so Since last time and Open stay plain.
Running the meeting
Read the draft first: edit any line, delete one, add your own. In the meeting, open its bullet on the laptop, or on the phone at pando.ink/app, and tap an item’s box when it is settled. Press Enter after a to-do and the new line is a to-do too, so what comes up in the room gets a box. What the meeting decides goes under the part of the project it touches, not under the agenda, which is where next time’s search finds it. The items left unticked are what Claude moves over next time.
Anthropic calls installing connectors on the phone a beta, and Pando has not been tried from Claude’s phone app, so ask for the agenda at a computer and use the phone for the list itself.
What the search does not see
changed: reads when a bullet itself last changed. A moved bullet does not count as changed, and a deleted one is gone, where no search finds it. The draft lists what was written or edited since the last sync; add what was moved or deleted when you read it.
Where this is not the answer
- The invitation. Your calendar sends it, and Pando writes to no calendar. To put the agenda in it, choose Export this bullet in the meeting’s menu, pick a format, copy it and paste it into the invitation.
- An agenda every guest can open from the invitation. Google Docs does that: meeting notes you create in a new Google Calendar event are, in Google’s words, “attached to your event and shared with your guests”.
- An agenda drafted before you ask. Pando never starts Claude. Claude’s own scheduled tasks, in Cowork on paid plans, run a prompt on a schedule “even when your computer is asleep”, but none has been run against Pando, so ask for the agenda yourself.
