Two agents, one branch, and no copy of anything
Every assistant now remembers things about you, and every one of them remembers separately. Claude does not know what ChatGPT worked out, you cannot see either memory next to your own notes, and nothing moves between them.
Connect both to your outline and tell them to use the same branch, and they read and write the same bullets, so what one decided on Tuesday is what the other reads on Friday.
Set it up
- Point the client at https://pando.ink/mcp, which speaks streamable HTTP.
- Authenticate with OAuth 2.1 and dynamic client registration, or paste a key from Agents and API keys as a Bearer token.
Connect each agent the way its own client expects, then tell both of them which branch to use. A connector you approve already reads your whole outline, so there is nothing to grant; an agent made with “Let it read and write this outline” unticked reaches that branch once you make it the bullet that agent remembers in, on the agent’s row under Agents and API keys. Each is listed under Agents and API keys and revocable on its own.
What this is not
It is not a copy kept in step. There is one branch and two agents reading it, so there is nothing to synchronise and nothing to go stale. A bullet edited by either of them, or by you, is the same bullet.
Keeping their work apart while their memory is shared
A shared branch does not have to mean a shared workspace. The usual shape is one branch both of them read for context, and one branch each for their own working notes. Two connectors start able to open each other’s notes, because a connector starts with your whole outline. To keep one of them out of the other’s notes, put its own working branch under the branch they both read, and leave the other one’s outside it. Then open the shared branch, open Agents and API keys in Settings, tap that agent’s row under Your agents, and press Let it reach only “…”, the bullet you are in. It then reads and writes the shared branch and its own notes under it, and nothing else, so the other agent’s notes are out of its reach.
And you can read all of it
It is your outline, so the memory of both agents sits in the same tree as everything else you think about. You can open it, correct a line, move a decision somewhere it belongs better, share that branch with a colleague, or export the whole thing to Markdown and OPML at any time.
